Acara ini dihadiri oleh guru Mata pelajaran lazim SMK Negeri 1 Singosari.

Acara di awali dengan sambutan yang disampaikan oleh Bapak Agus Triedi, M.Pd selaku Wakil Kepala SMK Negeri 1 Singosari bidang Kurikulum, beliau menjelaskan bahwa Platform Merdeka Mengajar merupakan Pelatihan Mandiri bagi guru untuk studi dan tingkatkan kompetensi sebagai pendidik. Aplikasi ini digunakan sebagai pendukung bagi guru didalam menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka serta mendukung guru menjalankan tugasnya sebagai pendidik.

Oleh karena itu, tiap-tiap guru perlu mengerti bahwa tak sekedar mengajar, guru termasuk mempunyai tugas tambahan yaitu studi secara konsisten menerus sehingga jadi guru yang berkualitas. Beliau termasuk menyatakan bahwa didalam aplikasi PMM terkandung fitur fitur pendukung untuk disaksikan dan ditunaikan secara independen oleh tiap-tiap guru. Guru terhitung beroleh E-Sertifikat pelatihan yang sanggup diunduh di laman platform merdeka mengajar sehabis selesaikan pelatihan independen di Aplikasi Platform Merdeka Mengajar (PMM).

Dalam pelaksanaan workshop, guru diajak untuk terhubung aplikasi Merdeka Mengajar lewat Laptop atau Smartphone masing masing. Kegiatan ini dipandu oleh Bapak Maulana Sulton, S.Pd selaku Koordinator Tim Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan Sekolah (TPMPS). Beliau menyatakan bahwa tiap tiap guru punya kewajiban untuk merampungkan topik Pelatihan Mandiri, bersama dengan tahapan sebagai selanjutnya :

1.Mempelajari dan merampungkan semua modul yang tersedia didalam topik yang muncul di aplikasi PMM, yang mana dalam setiap modul punyai materi, aktivitas, dan juga Post Test yang wajib dipelajari dan dikerjakan.

2. Melaksanakan Aksi Nyata untuk mendemonstrasikan pemahaman dari seluruh modul yang Anda pelajari didalam satu topik. Kemudian, tuangkan Aksi Nyata ke didalam dokumen tertera di dalam format PDF (maksimal 10 MB) dan unggah ke platform Merdeka Mengajar.

Dalam penyelesaian pelatihan mandiri tersebut, Bapak Ibu guru dapat bekerja sama dengan group MGMPnya untuk saling berbagi dan berbagi informasi tentang aplikasi PMM tersebut. Para guru mata pelajaran lazim benar-benar antusias dalam mengikuti workshop yang berjalan dari jam 09.00 sampai jam 15.30.

Semoga bersama dengan ada Pelatihan Mandiri pada Platform Merdeka Mengajar dapat memberi tambahan fungsi yang lebih besar bagi guru dan tenaga kependidikan, terlebih di SMK Negeri 1 Singosari didalam memperkuat implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di Indonesia.
